Day 1 Arrive Casablanca
Arrive in Casablanca at any time.
Day 2 Casablanca, Rabat, Meknes (B)
Explore Casablanca, including the third largest mosque in the world, before travelling on to Rabat. Enjoy a guided visit of the exteriors of the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V mausoleum and the Kasbah des Oudaias.
Day 3 Meknes, Volubilis, Fez (B)
Explore the enchanting palace and market areas of Meknes at leisure in the morning, before travelling to Roman Volubilis for a guided visit.
Day 4 Fez (B)
Enjoy a morning guided historical visit of Fez, including the Madrassa Bou Inania, the Nejjarine Fountain and the fascinating maze of alleyways in the medina. The afternoon is free to explore this unforgettable city at your leisure.
Days 5-6 Merzouga (2B,2D)
Explore the highest sand dunes in North Africa at the edge of the Sahara by camel, as we make a nomad camp our home for a local dinner and overnight in tents or under the stars!
Day 7 Merzouga, Tinerhir, Todra Gorge (B)
Walk in the palm groves near Tinerhir before exploring the cliff-sided canyons of the mighty Todra Gorge.
Day 8 Dades Gorge, Ouarzazate, Aït Benhaddou (B)
Visit the stunning Dades Gorge and verdant Dades Valley. After a stop in Ouarzazate, we head on to the village of Aït Benhaddou for a visit to the famous Kasbah, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Day 9 High Atlas Mountains (B,D)
Walk to our village gîte in the High Atlas Mountains where we spend the evening learning more about the culture of these mountain people, while enjoying a delicious home cooked traditional dinner.
Days 10-11 Essaouira (2B)
Explore Essaouira's funky beach vibe and cobblestone whitewashed streets. Browse the shops and art galleries or take a stroll along the long, sandy beach.
Days 12-13 Marrakech (2B)
Explore the Koutoubia Minaret and gardens, the Bahia Palace, the Mellah and the Saadian Tombs, and don't miss a visit to the exotic souks. In the evening head to the famous Djemaa el Fna Square for fortune tellers, performers and snake charming.
